After Riding for Smiles busiest ever few months from April to July we are having a break. A break from the stables but not a break from writing bids for funding. The funds are stretched! And, schools are booking their sessions for the Autumn Term starting on September 9th. If you can help please join out group of volunteers, you will be very, very welcome. Seventy four RfS sessions have just been added, please click on https://ridingforsmiles.org/volunteering-opportunities/ and please choose the dates when you could give an hour or two of your time. Thank you.

Wow, check this out. Riding for Smiles has a double page article in the So Bolsover magazine, Edition 2. “The Riding for Smiles team are wearing big grins of their own, right now, after taking delivery of a fabulous custom-made horse drawn carriage”. Designed and built to accommodate people in wheelchairs. https://www.facebook.com/SoBolsovermagazine

RfS would like to say thank you to Soraya, one of our amazing people who ride with RfS / CCEC every Friday, for the wonderful plaque beautifully made by her for us. You can read Soyaya’s story, aka Lady Z, at www.ridingforsmiles.org/case-studies/
